Those would be the ones with:

• the right level of vulnerability 🤍
• the right level of granularity 📝
• the right level of humility 🤗

As a young(er) professional, I often got carried away with:

• fancy formatting
• throwing in big, tongue-twisting words
• going over-the-top with my excitement for the role

Along with time, growth, and some un-responded applications (lol),
I now go for JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT of
emotion, detail, and humbleness🌷

So, the 3 key things I did in my Cover Letter to Google?
Spoiler: You basically need to be a good story-teller.
